Before You Arrive

PRE-REGISTER
Register yourself for this August 10-12, 2026 – and your team – so you receive all necessary event information well in advance of the event.

BOOK YOUR HOTEL
Book your hotel and travel with SOURCING Las Vegas at a discounted rate exclusive to our exhibitors and attendees.

SPREAD THE NEWS
Tell your community and remind your team you're attending SOURCING Las Vegas by sharing these provided graphics to invite your network to this February. Post to your feed, extend the invite, and engage with the community.

SET A BUDGET
Strategize your purchasing plan by identifying inventory or technology gaps and setting a budget. Pro tip: plan to visit at least 10 new vendors and attend a few education sessions to see what’s new and diversify your offerings.

MAKE A PLAN & BE PREPARED
Get inspired and set discovery goals by reviewing the exhibitor list and following @sourcingbyinforma on Instagram and LinkedIn. Pro tip: if you’re looking for some specific like low minimums, review the exhibitor list to identify the right vendors for you to visit.

Pack a comfortable pair of shoes and be sure to bring a notebook.


While You're Onsite

ENJOY USING PRINTED BADGES
Paper badges are back to ease your on-site experience. Print your badges on-site for seamless event entry. More information coming soon. 

START EARLY (SO YOU AREN'T RUSHED)
The event opens at 9AM – if you’re pre-registered (which we strongly encourage) you won’t have to wait in line and you can just scan right into the hall to begin shopping.

SHOP LIKE AN EXPERT
Walk every aisle to ensure you don’t miss any hidden gems that will make your offerings stand out next season.

INTRODUCE YOURSELLF
Don’t be shy. If you see a busy booth, introduce yourself, and ask what time you should come back. Pro tip: the third day always has some quieter times that you can – and should – take advantage of.

Write orders while you’re at the show to avoid missing out on merchandise while it’s available.

Pro tip: Take photos of what you buy. This makes it easier to remember your buys or share with your staff.  (Just remember to ask first!)

ENJOY THE SHOW
Attend an education session or networking event while you’re on-site to connect with your industry peers.


After the Event

REVIEW ORDER DETAILS
Review all orders to make sure your delivery dates and details are correct.

FOLLOW UP 
Confirm orders details like shipping and timing with your vendors.

PLACE ADDITIONAL ORDERS AS NEEDED
Place orders with vendors that you may not have placed while on-site.

START PLANNING FOR NEXT SEASON
