To register your staff for the upcoming event, exhibitors should log in to their Exhibitor Resource Center (ERC) linked below.
Badges will be e-mailed to all pre-registered exhibitors approximately 2 weeks before the event. Your badge is required for show floor access.

Yes, it is required within the contract for all exhibiting companies to have General Liability Insurance. For more information about this requirement or to submit a COI, please visit the Exhibitor Resource Center (ERC) linked below.
All shipping containers must be removed from the exhibit floor before the show opens. If you wish GES to remove and store your empties, please request “EMPTY” storage labels at the Exhibitor service desk; flatten and tie together cardboard boxes; fill out storage labels completely and then just leave your boxes outside your space. Boxes will be removed at the end of day on setup day and returned at show close.

Las Vegas Event Planner FAQs
The Event Planner is our attendees’ go-to resource for all our Las Vegas events including MAGIC, PROJECT, and now SOURCING at MAGIC. The Event Planner is a digital app where exhibitors can showcase their company profile to a global audience of buyers, media & press, influencers, and industry experts. It acts as the primary planning checklist and guide for buyers attending our Las Vegas events by offering exhibitor lists for each event, booth numbers, maps, education schedules, and more.
Exhibitors who have submitted their contracts for the Las Vegas event are automatically enrolled into EP. Your company information including Company Name, Booth Number & Hall, Website link, and product categories will be added to EP on your behalf. There is no additional set up required.
Being listed on EP provides exposure to a diverse audience of qualified buyers looking for new business partners and resources. It allows for easy showcasing of your profile, booth number, and website across the entire Las Vegas marketplace.
The information submitted on event contracts will be used to populate your EP profile. There is no additional set up required at this time.
The Lead Retrieval & Featured Profile is a sponsorship opportunity consisting of an upgraded exhibitor profile that includes more customization options including a company logo, hero banner, detailed company description, social media links, and unlimited marketing material uploads. You will also have access to the built-in Lead Retrieval feature so you can collect and organize your booth visitors' company and contact information. Maximize visibility by actively engaging with buyers before and during the event. Link your unique profile on EP on your social media posts to give your buyers an opportunity to plan their visit to your booth ahead of time. The Event Planner can act as a personal agenda for attendees, allowing them to sort and filter through exhibitors, categories, and more.

Informa and all entities within the Informa Group (as well as any employees or other representatives of the same) exclude all liability for any loss, injury or damage whatsoever that you may suffer in connection with or arising from the Event whether direct, indirect, consequential, special, incidental or punitive loss, injury or damage (including, without limitation, injury or disease to persons, property damage, theft, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of opportunity, loss of goodwill, loss or corruption of data or any other type of economic loss, injury or damage) or otherwise.
